UNIFLEX products are certified and rated by a wide variety of industry agencies, including ENERGY STAR® (a joint program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy) and the Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC). UNIFLEX Fluid Applied Roofing Systems have a number of different roof assemblies tested by Factory Mutual (FM 4470) standard. UNIFLEX coatings are also UL Class A Approved and meet the stringent requirements of Title 24, NSF, and Miami-Dade County Florida Building Code.
