UNIFLEX® Solvent-Based Rust Inhibitive Metal Primer combines tough, rust inhibiting zinc-chromate with zinc-oxide, red iron oxide and alkyd resin to provide superior corrosion resistance. This product meets Federal Specification TT-P-636D.

UNIFLEX® Acrylic Rust Inhibitive Primer is a corrison resistant primer for metal roof surfaces. This product offers good adhesion to difficult surfaces including pre-finished metal roofing containing Fluorcarbon (such as Kynar®). UNIFLEX® Acrylic Rust Inhibitive Primer is a high quality primer for all types of of metal surfaces, including iron and steel, where corrison is a problem. Provides an excellent adhesion base for UNIFLEX finish coats over pre-finished metal surfaces including Fluorocarbon (Kynar®).

Uniflex® One Flash™ Roof Repair Sealant is a premium flashing grade, UV stable sealant that is permanently flexible. It is a durable, weather resistant seal that provides excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates. Uniflex® One Flash™ eliminates the need for fabric reinforcement*, resulting in less steps and reduced labor time. *No fabric or tape needed for gaps less than 1/8”.

Apply @ 60 MILS wet film thickness if not top coated.

UNIFLEX® SPE Gray Acrylic Base Coat is formulated from a unique cross-linking acrylic polymer for enhanced adhesion. Designed for use as a basecoat for single-ply roofs, this product must be coated with UNIFLEX® Elastomeric Roof Coating.

UNIFLEX® Elastomeric MB Gray Base Coat is formulated using a 100% Acrylic Polymer specifically designed for use as a base coat for modified bitumen and asphaltic surfaces, providing outstanding adhesion prior to installing UNIFLEX® Elastomeric Roof Coating. Formulated to resist cracking and peeling, UNIFLEX® Elastomeric MB Gray Base Coat provides excellent waterproofing capabilities.

UNIFLEX® Premium Gray Elastomeric Roof Coating is formulated using a 100% Acrylic Polymer that provides outstanding adhesion and superior durability. This highly elastic coating can be used as a base coat under white elastomeric or as a finish coat.

UNIFLEX® Silicone44™ Rubberized Silicone White Roof Coating is a premium silicone rubber roof ideal for ponding water. Not for use on roof shingles. EPDM rubber roofs must be primed with bonding primer designed for EPDM roofs. Other roof substrates including TPO, PVC, metal or asphalt may require primer before application. An adhesion pull test should be performed to determine if a primer is needed.

UNIFLEX® Premium White Elastomeric Roof Coating is formulated using a 100% Acrylic Polymer that provides outstanding adhesion and superior reflectivity. Formulated to resist cracking and peeling, UNIFLEX® Premium White Elastomeric provides excellent waterproofing capabilities. The bright white finish reduces surface temperatures thereby minimizing thermal expansion and contraction. Under-the-roof temperatures are also reduced, lowering energy costs. Custom colors are available. Refer to Elastomeric Tint Base Data Page (41-30D) for more information. This product meets the requirements of ASTM D 6083 for use on galvanized metal, SBS, EPDM, Hypalon, TPO, PVC, concrete, BUR and polyurethane foam.
