- COVERAGE: One roll of Uniflex® Polyester Fabric 40" x 324' will cover 1,080 sq. ft. (gross) (10.8 roofing squares). A single overlayment with a 4" overlap will cover 972 sq. ft. (net) (9.7 roofing squares). When sealing horizontal seams on metal roofs using a 6" roll, be sure to allow for corrugation when calculating number of rolls.
Polyester Fabric
Product Number R5.01 20-385Uniflex® Polyester Fabric is an exceptionally strong material that offers an excellent combination of high strength and excellent elongation. It easily accommodates the expansion and contraction from thermal forces resulting from changing weather patterns and roof movement.
RECOMMENDED USES:- Uniflex® 20-385 Polyester Fabric is used as a reinforcement material with a variety of Uniflex® Coatings and patching cements. It readily conforms to most surfaces including metal roofs. Uniflex® 20-385 Polyester Fabric is also ideal for use in a cap sheet system with Elastomeric or Emulsion coatings and for general roof repairs, flashings and parapet walls.
