Primers & Base Coatings
Proper surface preparation is key to a successful coating job. Uniflex® offers a full line of primers and basecoats.

Elastomeric MB Base Coat
Product Number R4.05 41-510Uniflex® Elastomeric MB Base Coat is formulated using a 100% Acrylic Polymer specially designed for use as a base coat for modified bitumen and asphaltic surfaces, providing outstanding adhesion prior to installing Uniflex® Elastomeric Roof Coating. Formulated to resist cracking and peeling, Uniflex® Elastomeric MB Base Coat provides excellent waterproofing capabilities.
RECOMMENDED USES:- Uniflex® Elastomeric MB Base Coat will provide a highly elastic, weatherproofing barrier over smooth BUR, modified bitumen, granular cap sheets and other approved surfaces.
